About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Automotive Lot Support Associate to join our team at The Faulkner Automotive Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Parking and retrieving vehicles for sales and service customers
  • Organizing vehicles around the lot and managing the customer parking area
  • Shuttling customers to different destinations and vehicles between facilities
  • Maintaining clean and organized customer entrances and performing minor building/property maintenance
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Capability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Physical stamina to continuously move around the lot and interact with customers
  • Capacity to perform job functions that require lifting and/or carrying single items up to 50 Ibs
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $43,000 - $55,000, based on industry standards and market conditions.
