About the Role:
The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the Counselors and Counselor Interns who provide treatment and casework services to patients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. This role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on timely documentation, efficient service delivery, and maintaining accurate clinical records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assign and manage counselors' caseloads
  • Conduct quality assurance file reviews
  • Direct and supervise intake operations
  • Ensure effective counseling services delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
  • Provide direct supervision and ongoing staff support
  • Act as Treatment Center Director when needed

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a current CAC-AD, LCPC, LCSW, LGADC, or LCADC license as a Counselor at The Professional Board of Counselors & Therapist State of Maryland. You should also have supervisory experience, be self-motivated, and directed. A satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check are required.
