Job Summary

This is a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for accounts, communicating effectively on a daily basis to ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the liaison for accounts, communicating with customers and colleagues to resolve issues and meet goals.
  • Operate office equipment, including fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, while utilizing computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
  • Answer telephones, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to relevant individuals.
  • Maintain records and consolidate information for weekly reports, printing documents when completed.
  • Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to appropriate personnel based on their needs.
Additional Duties
  • Schedule and screen all assessments, entering data into databases and following up on progress.
  • Set up and maintain filing systems for records, correspondence, and materials, locating and attaching files as needed.
  • Send important time-sensitive materials via email and text, type and email proposal agreements, and complete forms according to company procedures.
  • Maintain materials and paperwork for field staff, assist office staff with requests, make copies of correspondence, and monitor progress of D.R. jobs.
Requirements

We seek a positive, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work well with others and maintain accuracy from start to finish.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $14.00 - $17.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
