At Adam Richmond Safety Services, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality in our construction projects. We seek an experienced Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist to oversee the implementation of quality assurance and control processes for our projects.

This critical role ensures that all construction activities meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality in accordance with industry regulations and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive quality control plan: Tailor a quality control plan to the project, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits: Regularly inspect sites to assess compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project teams: Work with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to establish quality expectations and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Evaluate construction materials and processes: Review and approve all construction materials and processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety certifications.
  • Maintain records and reports: Document and maintain records of quality inspections, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions taken.
  • Train and mentor site personnel: Train and mentor site personnel on quality control procedures and practices to foster a culture of quality and safety on site.
  • Analyze data and trends: Analyze data and trends related to quality control, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate quality issues: Participate in project meetings to communicate quality issues, updates, and resolutions to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding construction quality standards.
  • Serve as a quality point of contact: Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in electrical quality control management and hold an OSHA 30 certification.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
