Job Description

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations. This includes supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring that the hotel meets its financial and quality objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.

* Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.

* Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, increase revenue, and reduce costs.

* Maintain accurate records, including cash flow statements, guest feedback, and employee performance reports.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

* At least 5-10 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.

* Proven track record of success in hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvement.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
