About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer for our Senior Care Operations to lead our team in delivering exceptional care and services to our residents.

Job Summary

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction and strategy of our senior care operations, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of quality and excellence. This includes managing day-to-day operations, leading our leadership team, and implementing initiatives to drive business growth and improve resident outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and vision to our senior care operations, aligning with our company's mission and values.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our senior care facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Talent Development: Lead and develop our leadership team, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including marketing, sales, and revenue management.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes, satisfaction, and experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in senior care operations or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and families. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Valid administrator's license/certification as required by state/provincial laws.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement savings plans and paid time off.
