Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a warm and friendly welcome to every Guest
- Manage the wait list and communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when necessary
- Answer telephone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate team member
- Support fellow Team Members when needed
About You:
- You're a people person with a warm and caring attitude
- You're able to think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment
- You're comfortable working in a standing position for long periods
- You're able to safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary
