Tech 3 Specialist

Job Title: Tech 3

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech 3 to join our team at Hawthorne Cat. As a Tech 3, you will be responsible for performing complex repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment, including engines, power trains, and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex engine and power train issues
  • Perform routine maintenance on heavy equipment, including oil changes and filter replacements
  • Conduct diagnostic tests on engines and power trains to identify issues
  • Remove, install, and repair various power train components, including torque converters and gear boxes
  • Perform diagnostic tests on hydraulic systems to identify issues
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • PC skills
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 60 days
  • Ability to lift up to 60lbs daily
  • At least 5 years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance
