Job Overview

This role involves working as a Property Leasing Consultant where you will be responsible for marketing vacant properties, collaborating with our management team, scheduling showings, and learning the leasing process. As a key member of our team, you will have opportunities to grow and improve in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, punctual, self-starting individual who is interested in getting into the real estate and property management industry. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, filling vacancies, communicating with tenants and prospects, performing move-in and move-out processes, and providing feedback to optimize the tenant experience.

In this position, you will work closely with our general management team, schedule and lead showing appointments, learn the leasing process and fundamentals of the real estate industry. This role reports out of our main office located in West Hollywood close to The Grove.

Responsibilities
  • Generating Leads: Fill vacancies by generating leads through various channels and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively via call, text, and email with tenants and prospects at different hours to ensure timely responses and resolution of inquiries.
  • Apartments Showings: Conduct apartment showings in multiple locations, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our properties.
  • Move-In and Move-Out Process: Perform thorough move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring properties are clean and ready for new tenants or returning them to their original state.
  • Tenant Experience: Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention.

  • Honesty and Reliability: Demonstrate honesty, punctuality, and a hard-working mindset to excel in this role.
  • Exceptional Communication: Possess excellent communication and people skills to effectively interact with tenants, prospects, and colleagues.
  • Transportation: Have reliable transportation and availability to commute to multiple locations, including weekend commitments.
  • Availability: Be available to work weekends, which may require flexibility in your schedule.
  • Education: A college degree is preferred but not necessary; however, it's essential to demonstrate a strong understanding of the real estate industry and its concepts.
