About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU team at Merit Health Natchez. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide care based on identified needs and physician orders.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement patient education plans to promote health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • Current MS RN license.
  • Associate degree in Nursing, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • BLS certification, ACLS preferred.
