Career Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a part-time evening nurse at our Bismarck facility. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating resident care, assessing patient needs, and implementing individualized treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with healthcare providers, social workers, and other staff members to ensure seamless care delivery. Your expertise and compassion will help create a safe and therapeutic environment for our residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate resident care and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Assess patient needs and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Document resident progress and communicate effectively with colleagues and families
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory requirements
Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must:

  • Hold a current RN or LPN license in good standing
  • Have experience working in a long-term care or gerontological setting
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Meet all necessary certification and education requirements
