**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Hair Stylist to join our team at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized hair styling services to guests, ensuring a warm and relaxing experience in our luxurious salon environment.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, adhering to the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and quality control.
  • Maintain open communication with colleagues and management, fostering a collaborative and supportive team dynamic.
  • Analyze guest preferences and adapt your services accordingly, ensuring a tailored experience that meets their unique needs and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the hair styling industry, continually expanding your knowledge and skills to deliver cutting-edge services to our guests.
  • Ensure seamless communication between salon staff and receptionists, maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service throughout the guest's experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked salon environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success and growth of our spa.

Requirements:

  • A current Arizona Cosmetology License is required for this position.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a hair stylist, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
  • The ability to accommodate special guest requests and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional, flexible, and positive attitude is essential for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits:
