Salary Information:
We offer a competitive salary package to our successful candidates, with an estimated annual salary of $50,000-$60,000. This figure may vary based on your experience, qualifications, and performance.

Job Description:
We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of pest-related issues, and promoting our services to existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers to troubleshoot problems and communicate the details of our services
• Work outdoors for most of the day, lifting at least 50lbs, crawling/kneeling, and applying liquid treatments to soil
• Conduct inspections, estimates, new sales, and services to influence customer attrition and growth
• Perform data entry and documentation into mobile devices for services performed
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to read and understand safety protocols
• Basic mathematical skills, problem-solving abilities, and talent for reasoning
• Clean driving record and willingness to undergo a drug screen
• Ability to work Monday-Saturday during the summer season, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands
