Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team in a community-based setting. As a Social Worker, you will work with children, adolescents, and their families in their homes, schools, and communities.

This is a unique opportunity to use a trauma-informed approach and person-centered therapeutic interventions to promote healing and growth for vulnerable youth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide home and community-based therapy services to children and adolescents with intense emotional and behavioral needs.
  • Use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
  • Work collaboratively with families, schools, and other community partners to ensure continuity of care.
  • Complete clinical documentation and progress reports in a timely manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and receive clinical supervision to enhance skills and provide high-quality care.
