Aureus Medical Group is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Ayer, Massachusetts. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve their physical function and mobility.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various physical impairments
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and goals
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients, including exercises and activities to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Current Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
- CPR/BLS certification
