Ambulatory Care Provider

We are seeking an experienced Ambulatory Care Provider to join our team at Summit Health, Inc. in Spring, TX. As a key member of our multispecialty practice, you will provide high-quality patient care and drive change in the healthcare industry.
**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year
Job Summary:
Our ideal candidate is a graduate and certified from an accredited advanced practice program with two or more years of outpatient clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider. You should be comfortable treating adult patients, conducting comprehensive health history and physical assessments, and working autonomously without physician supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to adult patients
- Conduct comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- Graduate and certified from an accredited advanced practice program
- Two or more years of outpatient clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
- Current, unrestricted license in practicing state or eligibility for licensure
- Active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or eligibility for registration
- Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or eligibility to enroll
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; Athena preferred
