About the Role

We are seeking 10 tech-savvy professionals to join our team as Legal Customer Service Representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information about legal insurance plans to attorneys and clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Work closely with the Client Service Center and Panel Departments to achieve departmental performance goals and high customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of previous customer service experience.
  • Experience with Cisco phone system reporting and Calabrio WFM.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
