About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Client Partnership Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing personalized solutions to meet their unique needs, and exceeding their expectations through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Builiding and maintaining strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Providing personalized solutions to meet clients' unique needs
  • Exceeding clients' expectations through exceptional service
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services
  • Identifying opportunities to grow and expand client relationships
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in retail banking or a related field
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies and procedures
