Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Network Provisioning Engineer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our global network. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth installation and turn-up of connectivity across various locations, including data centers, offices, and internet exchanges.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dark fiber, wavelength, DIA, WDWM, and basic router command lines for troubleshooting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and partners to troubleshoot connectivity issues and provide clear instructions for activation.

In this role, you will manage vendor relationships, ensure reliable and functional connectivity per Netflix standards, and reduce potential risks to upcoming projects timelines by identifying issues and providing solutions. You will also conduct regular audits of all connectivity to ensure accurate inventory and invoicing.

Requirements:
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • In-depth understanding of dark fiber, wavelength, DIA, WDWM
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues remotely and coordinate with remote hands, vendors, tools, and other teams
  • Experience working in a high-performance environment with multiple circuit installations concurrently
What We Offer:

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary, which ranges from $100,000 to $720,000 based on your specific job family, background, skills, and experience. You choose how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options each year.

We also offer comprehensive benefits, including Health Plans, Mental Health support, 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off, while full-time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off.
