About the Role

This position involves delivering tailored speech and language interventions to students with complex learning profiles in a small, supportive classroom environment under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans, treatment strategies, and individualized learning supports in collaboration with the supervising SLP and interdisciplinary team.
  • Assist with documenting student progress, collecting data, and contributing to the IEP process to ensure interventions are data-driven and aligned with student goals.
  • Maintain a well-organized, supportive, and aesthetically pleasing learning space that meets each student's social, emotional, and executive functioning needs.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent post-secondary coursework and training.
  • Experience working with autism and other complex medical diagnoses.
  • Familiarity with the IEP process and experience in collecting progress monitoring data.
Benefits
  • Base salary ranging from $55,000.00 to $62,000.00, depending on education and experience.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $57,500.00 based on a base salary range of $55,000.00 to $62,000.00.
