We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at British Swim School of Detroit. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in teaching fun and engaging swimming lessons to children and adults, while promoting water safety and survival skills.

• Instruct swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, following the British Swim School aquatics program.
• Develop and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for students.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and productive learning experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain certifications and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enthusiastic personality and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable in and around water, with strong swimming skills a plus.
• Ability to maintain certifications and complete required training and testing.
• Experience working with children and/or in a customer service role a plus.
