THE GIST:

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support two members of our executive team. This role will expertly manage the executives' schedules, prioritize tasks, and act as an extension of the executive team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of supporting C-level executives at high-growth tech startups.

THE NITTY GRITTY:

  • Coordinate executives' calendars, address conflicts, and send reminders
  • Develop a keen sense of how to optimize executives' time and prioritize tasks
  • Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare itineraries
  • Attend weekly executive meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications with confidentiality and urgency
  • Create presentations and decks, prepare deliverables, and distribute meeting materials
  • Spearhead internal and external communications
  • Plan and execute company events, offsites, and meetings
  • Assist with other administrative functions and ad hoc projects as needed

THE ESSENTIALS:

  • 5+ years of executive support experience
  • Experience supporting a C-level executive at a high-growth tech startup required
  • Ability to work outside normal business hours as needed
  • Tech-savvy (specifically G Suite, Slack, and Zoom)
  • Experience working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
  • Clear and professional communication style, both verbal and written
  • Ability to act as an excellent extension and representation of the company
  • Superb attention to detail and discretion
  • Ability to shift, adapt, and pivot when confronted with new challenges and opportunities
  • Fast-processing, solution-oriented approach to work
  • Experience working cohesively within all levels of an organization and with external stakeholders

COMPENSATION: $130k to $145k base salary + equity + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
