Nursing Professional for Tucson Community

We are seeking a skilled LPN to provide high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice, as defined by state laws governing nursing. You will work in accordance with the plan of care and in coordination with other healthcare team members, following all applicable infection control procedures.
This role requires independence and autonomy, allowing you to build meaningful patient relationships and continually observe and report their nursing needs to supervising RNs.
The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with physicians, patients, family members, and agency staff regarding patient care issues or needs. They will also document patient visits thoroughly and maintain an accurate medication listing.
To be successful in this position, you must have current LPN licensure in Arizona and a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle. CPR certification is also required.
