Job Title: Travel Radiology Technologist
Estimated Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 per week (gross), depending on experience and qualifications
Location: Kingston, Pennsylvania
Job Type: Full-time, 13 weeks contract
Shift: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Travel assignment through Reliable Nurse Staffing
About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team in Kingston, PA. As a travel radiology technologist with Reliable Nurse Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills and expertise to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform imaging procedures using various types of medical equipment, including X-ray, CT, and MRI machines
- Position patients correctly for imaging procedures, ensuring accurate diagnoses and minimizing radiation exposure
- Operate imaging equipment, adjusting settings as needed to achieve optimal images
- Develop and implement patient care plans, working closely with healthcare teams to ensure effective treatment
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, imaging results, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss patient care and provide education on imaging procedures
Requirements:
- Certification in Radiologic Technology
- Current license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania
- BLS and/or ACLS certification
- Current BLS and/or ACLS certification
- 2 Current Clinical References (Supervisor x2 within 12 months)
- Physicial (within 12 months)
- TB Skin Test (within 12 months)
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
- Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
- Current Tdap/Flu Vaccinations
- Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
- COVID Card - Current (In most cases)
