Sales Leadership Director

As mySidewalk's next Head of Sales, you will be a strategic leader who drives sales performance and inspires a high-performing sales team. Your focus will be on setting ambitious objectives, monitoring activities, and continuously reviewing performance to ensure excellence and continuous improvement.
The kind of problems you'll help us solve:
- How might we lead a high-performing sales team?
- How might we meet and exceed sales forecasts?
- How might we nurture relationships with strategic target accounts?
You will be responsible for building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. This includes professional direct leadership of the sales organization, setting ambitious objectives, monitoring activities, and continuously reviewing performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Exceeding sales forecasts
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's long-term goals
- Providing regular and accurate reports on sales metrics, pipeline status, and other relevant KPIs to senior management
- Nurturing strategic target accounts
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience selling, with a preference in the GovTech or SaaS sector
- A track record of hitting or exceeding company sales targets
