Your primary responsibilities will include:


\u2022 Greeting members, prospective members, and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.


\u2022 Handling all front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating new member sign-ups.


\u2022 Providing tours of the club and responding to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


\u2022 Maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.


\u2022 Qualifications/Requirements:


\u2022 Customer service background preferred.


\u2022 Basic computer proficiency.


\u2022 A passion for fitness and health.


\u2022 Upbeat and positive attitude.


\u2022 Punctuality and reliability is a must.


\u2022 Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations.


\u2022 Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.


\u2022 Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.


\u2022 High School diploma/GED equivalent required.


\u2022 Must be 18 years of age or older.


\u2022 Physical Demands:


\u2022 Continual standing and walking during shift.


\u2022 Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.


\u2022 Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.


\u2022 Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
