Intensive Care Unit Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 13-week contract in Washington, D.C.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work in a fast-paced CVICU environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
- Current RN license in the District of Columbia or eligibility for licensure by examination or reciprocity.
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience with expertise in CVICU nursing practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 48 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Comprehensive benefits and 24/7 support are also offered.
