About the Role

Prysmian Group is seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to join our Fiber Plant Facilities Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support in the area of facilities support equipment and manufacturing of optical fiber with a focus on facilities management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support in the area of facilities support equipment
  • Support the manufacturing of optical fiber with a focus on facilities management
  • Comply with all requirements in 40 CFR 261-265 concerning hazardous wastes
  • Work with technical staff to resolve daily issues
  • Support the commissioning of new equipment for production
  • Ensure all product meets requirements as defined by the Plant's Quality Management Systems
  • Comply with all applicable safety procedures and ISO14001 EMS guidelines
Requirements
  • Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Basic Statistical Tools
  • Detail and quality-orientated
  • Motivated Team Player
