Job Summary

This is a pivotal role focused on driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and maximizing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and lead generation efforts to expand the client base.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and needs.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, including account plans, to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative sales approach, understanding client pain points, and proposing tailored solutions that align with their goals.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiation: Conduct compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to showcase the value proposition and close deals.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities for client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales roles, preferably as an Account Executive or in a similar capacity, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation skills and contract management.
