Job Summary

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) who will provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting.

Responsibilities

The DSP will assist with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores. They will also support individuals with their developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess excellent communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills. A valid driver's license with one year of driving experience is required.
