Job Responsibilities
  • Welcome new employees and execute the engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey, managing the end-to-end process to ensure a great experience.
  • Craft and send communication with information about Vista Care, the onboarding agenda, equipment, dress code, parking options, perks, and other organizational details.
  • Ensure new hires have proper technical assistance to set up in all Vista Care systems, including Paycor, Therap, and Relias.
  • Distribute policies, passwords, and guidelines as needed.
  • Detail initial tasks and answer queries for new hires.
  • Gather and file paperwork related to new hires, including offer letters, background check authorization forms, and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Coordinate onboarding presentations with Learning Leaders.
  • Audit data and set up employee profiles in internal HR systems; assist with coordination, preparation, and distribution of employee documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a similar field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, and/or Employee Onboarding preferred.
  • Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management.
  • Quick learner with ability to troubleshoot, identify improvements, and make decisions independently.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong team player with results-driven approach and ability to work with limited guidance.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Prior experience in HR Systems, applicant tracking systems (e.g., Paycor Recruiting), HR capital management systems, and Paycor.
