Lead Facilities Operations

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. seeks a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to be on-site from Lewiston, ID.

The Regional Facilities Manager will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

The successful candidate will also manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
  2. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  3. Space Planning and Management: Coordinate space planning, layout, and allocation to ensure efficient use of facilities and alignment with business needs.
  4. Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall workplace experience.
  5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution of facilities-related issues and requests.
  6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
  7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and identify and mitigate risks associated with facilities operations.
  8. Scheduling and Resource Allocation: Coordinate schedules with team members and stakeholders to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  9. Quality Control: Ensure that work meets quality standards and specifications by conducting regular checks and inspections.
  10. Project Management: Manage small to medium-sized projects, including renovations, upgrades, and special events.
  11. Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, operations, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Certified Facility Manager (CFM), International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) industry certifications recommended.

Work Environment:

  • Location: Lewiston, ID.
  • Travel: Travel required locally or out of state.
  • Hours: May be required to work outside of normal hours.

Salary:$90,000 - $110,000 per year
