Job Summary

We are seeking a New Nurse Graduate to provide specialized nursing care at one of our in-center hemodialysis or hospital services units. As a member of our patient care team, you will work closely with our experienced RNs to ensure safe and high-quality care for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients during dialysis and assess their condition
  • Prepare dialysis machines and treatment supplies
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments according to facility policies and procedures
  • Administer and chart prescribed medications under the supervision of a registered nurse
  • Participate in patient care conferences and rounds
  • Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
Qualifications
  • Accredited nursing degree required
  • Ability to problem solve and work collaboratively with care teams
  • Excellent communication skills
