  • Manage all aspects of property operations, including budgeting, maintenance, and vendor relationships

  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost savings
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, contractors, and vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in portfolio management or a related field
  • Excellent administrative and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
