About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide private duty nursing services to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic healthcare team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
Requirements
  • Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $50-$70 per hour, depending on experience and location. Our competitive pay and benefits package includes health, dental, vision, HSA, and life insurance, as well as paid time off and a 401(k) savings plan.
