We are seeking an experienced Skincare Therapist to join our team at Gene Juarez Salons & Spas, a luxury brand environment that has been built over the last 50 years. As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, we are looking for individuals dedicated to health and wellness.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $37,760 and $155,200, depending on skillset and relevant experience. Employees will be placed in one of four commission level bands and receive commissions on Service Sales Revenue, ranging from 33%-49% + tips.

Job Description

This role involves providing expert skincare services, tailoring product recommendations to individual needs, and assisting with salon operations to maintain the flow of the guest experience. A strong customer service focus is essential, as well as expertise in skincare services and excellent communication skills.

Requirements
  • Active Washington State esthetician or master esthetician license
  • Expertise in skincare services and product knowledge
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
