About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Account Executive I who will lead our relationships with assigned clients as their primary role. This leader will be responsible for retaining and growing a profitable book of business through service, pricing, consultation, and reporting. As an industry-leading team member, you will promote the value Aon delivers to clients and foster long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate relationships with senior-most client decision-makers and day-to-day client contacts to retain and grow Aon's business.
  • Drive the renewal process by assembling the appropriate team to develop and implement client-specific renewal strategies.
  • Coordinate with Brokers to develop and deliver renewal strategies.
  • Facilitate critical relationships between clients, ARS, and insurers.
  • Ensure client service teams understand client needs, service delivery methods, and economic frameworks relevant to services delivered.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of Property & Casualty (P&C) experience.
  • Organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking skills with ability to clearly express thoughts and concepts at various levels.
  • Excellent digital literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite experience.
  • Active Property & Casualty license.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $93,900 to $161,700, based on education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is eligible to participate in Aon's annual incentive plans, which may include discretionary bonuses and production incentives.
