">Your Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Operations Manager to join our team. This critical position will oversee all aspects of Subsidiary operations, including management of water and wastewater systems, budgeting, planning, financial reporting, and community relations. You will be responsible for:

- Directing daily operations and maintenance of utility systems in compliance with environmental regulations.">
- Maintaining effective working relationships with customers and the public to ensure a positive image of the company.">
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including implementing policies and procedures.">
- Collaborating with government stakeholders, local personnel, and corporate management to drive strategic initiatives.">
- Developing and managing budgets, as well as forecasting and analyzing financial data.">
- Ensuring timely completion of subsidiary goals and objectives, in addition to senior management goals.">
What We Offer
">We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) retirement plan, and a defined contribution profit-sharing plan. Our employees also enjoy paid vacation and sick time, as well as twelve company-paid holidays per year.
">Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Business, and a minimum of ten years of progressive experience in water and/or wastewater systems operations. You must also be a U.S. citizen, have a valid driver's license, and pass background checks, which include the National Agency Check (NAC).
">Preferred Qualifications
">A Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field, as well as certifications in water treatment or distribution, would be highly desirable. Additionally, experience with asset management, computerized maintenance management systems, and emergency preparedness and response plans would be an asset.
">Physical Requirements
">This role requires standing, climbing, walking, lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, grasping, reaching, stooping, crouching, sitting, typing, reading, writing, color determination, speaking, and listening for extended periods.
