Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate patient care by conducting assessments, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs and develop effective care plans
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a variety of medical settings
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current RN licensure in Tennessee
  • At least one year of pediatric in-hospital experience
  • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification within 6 months of hire
