We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

About the Role

As an Integrated Behavioral Health Care Specialist, you will work closely with medical providers and allied staff to address the behavioral health needs of our Family Medicine and Internal Medicine primary care patients. You will have access to an adult neuropsychologist for additional testing and services, and enjoy strong mentorship within the department.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Partner with another integrated behavioral health provider (LCSW) to provide behavioral health services to our Family Medicine and Internal Medicine patients.
  2. Consult with referring providers when appropriate.
  3. Treat a variety of patients including complex patients with comorbidities.
  4. Conduct assessments and interventions with a short-term model (typically 1 to 6 sessions).
  5. Coordinate referral of patients in need of services beyond the scope of integrated behavioral health.
  6. Collaborate with other integrated behavioral health providers onsite and across The Corvallis Clinic organization.
  7. Work at the top of your licensure while providing excellent behavioral health care to patients.
  8. Provide care that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective for various conditions.
  9. Practice evidence-based medicine.
  10. Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide individualized treatment for patients in an integrated behavioral health model.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD, PhD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Unrestricted licensure in the state of Oregon required prior to start date
