Agribusiness Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative to join our team in Southern Illinois. As a representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with dealers and customers, providing agronomic and technical support, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Stine seed products and services.
- Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships.
- Communicate and implement sales programs and policies to meet sales goals.
- Work with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of ag experience, including experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and negotiating skills.
- Demonstrated success in dealer development and retention.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet established goals.
