We are seeking an exceptional Surgical Services Nurse Manager to join our team at TriStar Summit Medical Center. TriStar Summit Medical Center is a 200-bed comprehensive facility serving Davidson, Wilson, and surrounding counties. We offer a full array of acute care services, including cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics/spine, rehabilitation, and women's services. As a leader in emergency heart and stroke care, we provide timely interventions that save lives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: As a Surgical Services Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our surgical units, ensuring that all patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate care.
  • Clinical Expertise: You will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Team Development: Your leadership skills will be crucial in motivating and inspiring your team to achieve excellence in patient care.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills will be essential in working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes.

Your Qualifications

  • Current Licensure: A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice is required.
  • Clinical Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in clinical leadership roles is preferred.
  • Education: An Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma is required, while a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is highly desirable.
