Overview: As a key member of the Aaron's team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring timely and efficient delivery of merchandise to customers.

About the Role: This is not a desk job. You will be on the move, driving, installing, and demonstrating merchandise to our valued customers. Your daily tasks will include loading and securing merchandise, offloading and installing products, safely operating a delivery vehicle, and assisting in store when needed.

The Details:

  • You must have solid communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • A working knowledge of electronics is essential for this role
  • Your desire to help customers should be evident in your approach to this position

Responsibilities:

  • Loading, securing, and protecting merchandise
  • Offloading, installing, and demonstrating merchandise
  • Safely operating a delivery vehicle
  • Assisting in store when needed

Requirements:

  • Age: 21 (18 in Canada)
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
  • Able to perform physical job including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
  • Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain or summer sun
  • A valid driver's license is required, but not a CDL
  • No overnight travel

Salary Range: $13.75 - $14.50 per hour
