Veterinary Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team at Animal Care Clinic. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, including restraint, triage, and medical procedures
- Assist veterinarians with surgeries, anesthesia, and medical procedures
- Collect and analyze lab samples, including blood, urine, and fecal samples
- Manage and maintain medical records, including client history and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, veterinarians, and other staff members
- Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest veterinary techniques and technologies
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher in veterinary technology or a related field
- 1+ year of experience as a veterinary technician or in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of veterinary medical procedures and terminology
