Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Rehab Director to join our team at Broad River Rehab, a leading provider of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $1,500.00 per month, with a sign-on bonus offered. As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for exceptional medical, dental, and vision plans, life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, unlimited company-paid online continuing education, licensure reimbursement, and a generous PTO program.

Job Responsibilities

The Rehab Director will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility in Erwin, TN. This includes providing direct clinical care and overseeing the team of therapists. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Rehab Director and a Tennessee license.

Requirements
  • Full-time position open to COTA, OT, PT, PTA, or SLP candidates
  • Tennessee license required
  • Previous management experience required
