Job Overview

Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services is committed to providing high-quality behavioral healthcare services to individuals with serious mental illness. We are seeking a Wellness Specialist-Peer Professional to join our PACT Program team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide wellness assessments and direct services to individuals enrolled in the PACT Program
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to support individuals in achieving their recovery goals
  • Develop and implement individualized wellness plans to promote physical and mental well-being
  • Engage with individuals in a supportive and non-judgmental manner to foster a sense of community and belonging
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience working with individuals with serious mental illness
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
