Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will foster patient/family-centered care, demonstrate clinical competency, and adhere to all compliance and policy/procedures of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct care to assigned patients consistent with the established nursing plan.
  • Assesses and recognizes subtle or actual changes in patients' status and patient response to intervention.
  • Develops an individual plan of care based on the age and assessed needs of the patient.
  • Evaluates outcomes and revises plan of care as needed.
  • Identifies opportunities for quality improvement and incorporates recommendations into the plan of care.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • One year experience as a registered nurse (or successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or comparable residency from another organization).
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
