Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at LOFT Bellevue Square. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales through effective merchandising and visual presentation. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating clients' needs, exceeding expectations, and adhering to our service standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, active listening, and a genuine interest in their needs and preferences.
  • Drive sales through effective merchandising and visual presentation, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping experience.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment by adhering to our loss prevention practices and reporting any potential hazards to management.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry with proven results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally, and maneuver effectively around the sales floor and stockroom.
