Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to women and newborns, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of safety, empathy, and compassion.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, utilizing electronic health records to facilitate communication and care coordination.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment or compact state.
- Current certification in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) or Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM), preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
7AM - 7PM, Full-time position.
