Key Responsibilities:


Conduct comprehensive research and analysis, design projects, and provide advisory and consulting services aimed at planning and executing capacity-building initiatives with partner nations to advance national security and related security cooperation objectives.

Oversee and facilitate engagements with partner nations, whether virtually or on-site, as part of a government-led team collaborating with senior defense officials from partner nations to promote effective governance and enhance defense capabilities in alignment with mutually established security cooperation goals.

Assist in the strategic planning and coordination of security cooperation activities involving U.S. and partner-nation government stakeholders. Innovate solutions to intricate challenges.

Possess familiarity with Defense Security Cooperation Agency policies, methodologies, procedures, and database tools, as well as Indo-Pacific Theater Security Cooperation protocols and U.S.C. Title 10 execution disciplines and processes.



Essential Qualifications:
10+ years of experience engaging with civilian or military representatives from foreign security or defense organizations at a level above tactical

Experience with regional or security cooperation teams at a strategic-level headquarters, including OSD, Joint Staff, Combatant Command, or a supporting service component

Experience collaborating with allied, coalition, or partner nations on security cooperation initiatives

Understanding of defense-related functional areas, including strategy, policy, and planning at national or regional levels, special operations, military aviation, maritime domain awareness, and security

Knowledge of security cooperation authorities, policies, processes, and resource tools and databases

Demonstrated regional expertise in foreign countries

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:
Experience as a member of a U.S. Country Team abroad focusing on security cooperation matters

Experience with assessment, monitoring, and evaluation policies, approaches, and processes as they relate to security cooperation programs and activities

Experience within the DoD, DSCA, Joint Staff, and OSD

Familiarity with U.S.C. Title 10 funding authorities, implementation, and execution

Top Secret clearance

Clearance Requirements:


Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Salary at Booz Allen is influenced by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's unique combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000 annually.

This estimate reflects the typical salary range for this role and constitutes one aspect of Booz Allen's overall compensation package for employees.
